Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions have been assembled to ensure your membership runs smoothly. We have attempted to keep the terms and conditions simple and flexible. Our ultimate aim is to ensure you take full advantage of the Hair 52 Membership and don’t feel trapped if you find it is not working for you.

  1. The card is valid for use only by the registered person and may not be transferred or used by any other person. You are not permitted to sell or gift your entitlements to any other persons.
  2. Hair 52 Members paying by Direct Debit will pay monthly in advance for their membership. Default in payments will be deemed as a cancelled contract, and all services booked after that will be charged to the member at the salons prevailing normal rates.
  3. Cancellation of the Membership requires 2 calendar months clear notice in writing. Such notice may be given by you at any time, however the minimum membership term is 3 months from the start of our agreement with you. Membership is continuous and cannot be waived for any months during your agreement. The Member is not entitled to a refund or a refund in part for any services paid for by the Member but not used. You should send your request for Cancellation by recorded delivery to:

    Where cancellation is requested for a member who has paid the whole fee in advance the refund will be based on a deduction for the number of services used, along with a £30 administration charge.
  4. This offer is valid for 52 blowdrys to be taken in a 12 month period. Up to 5 Blowdrys not taken in any full year may be carried over to the next membership year and must be used within the first 6 months of the subsequent year. After this time all Blowdrys not redeemed will be nullified. This also applies to Upgrade gifts.
  5. The 52 blowdrys may be taken in any frequency for those paying the total fee in advance. Ie one week you might want 3 the next none etc.. For those customers paying by Direct Debit only 4 blowdrys per month will be permitted.
  6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon or discount
  7. No cash alternative or refund will be offered for unused services.
  8. The Hair 52 cards remain the property of Cobella Ltd who may from time to time vary and revoke any part of the Membership In the unlikely event that this should occur Cobella will provide 1 months notice to all members of any changes and will undertake to ensure that no financial loss is suffered by Members.
  9. Cobella standard refund policy applies
  10. Upgrade services gifted with the Hair 52 Membership may be used as follows:-
    • Customers who have purchased the Hair 52 Membership in totality may use their upgrade gifts as and when desired.
    • Customers who have purchased the Hair 52 Membership with direct debit may only redeem upgrade gifts at one per month in the first 3 months of membership. After 3 months there will be no restrictions on use of upgrade gifts.
    • Upgrade voucher booklets are the responsibility of the person to whom they are issued and the company will not replace lost or mislaid voucher booklets.
  11. Cobella will maintain your contact details and other information you provide for your Membership Application Cobella will keep such records secure and process it fairly under the Data Protection legislation. Cobella will not pass this information onto any 3rd parties, however it may from time to time use the information to forward Members details of other services or offers. Members not wishing to receive such information should inform the General Manager in writing to this effect.
